    • Estimated delivery time: 1-4 weeks. Delivery times may vary depending on the destination.
       

  • Tracking Information:
     

    • Once your order is shipped, a tracking number will be emailed to you.
       

  • International Shipping:
     

    • Shipping is free for international orders; however, customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or fees applicable in their country.
       

  • Lost or Delayed Packages:
     

    • We are not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers. If your package is lost, please contact us for assistance.
       

2. Return & Refund Policy

Eligibility for Returns & Exchanges:
 

  • Returns are accepted within 30 days of purchase.

  • Items must be:
     

    • Unused, unwashed, and in original condition.

    • In the original packaging, including tags, if applicable.
       

Non-Returnable Items:
 

  • Digital products, eBooks, or downloadable content.

  • Life coaching or therapy sessions, once booked or attended.
     

How to Request a Return:
 

  • To initiate a return or exchange, please contact us with your order number and details. We will provide you with further instructions.
     

Refund Process:
 

  • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method once we receive and inspect the returned item.

  • Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error (e.g., wrong item sent).
     

Exchanges:
 

  • If you wish to exchange an item, please indicate the desired replacement product when initiating your return. Exchanges are subject to availability.
     

Damaged or Defective Items:
