Introduction: Prayer Meaning
To begin, what is Prayer? and why is it so important?
Prayer is connecting to God and the divine realm, it is our way of receiving help from God. What God does is help us in the non physical realm, through the power of prayer. How he helps us is by eliminating our mental struggles and 'unseen' struggles, like anxiety, depression and demons that try to sabotage and destroy us as humans.
For example, if you are struggling with mental problems like anxiety, anger, depression, etc. or an addiction like using alcohol or drugs, God is the person who frees you from this through prayer! Prayer is the single most powerful resource and tool you have as a human.
The benefit of prayer is it frees you and gives you what you need in order to succeed in life. For example, do you want to be focused? Do you want to be calm? Do you wish you weren't addicted to drugs or alcohol or struggling with anxiety? Well it's time to say goodbye to those struggles, because I have the fix and so does God!
What's so important though is you need to know how to properly pray to receive his help, and their is a special format you need to use that I am going to teach you!
You've probably been there - spending hours "praying" to God, or trying to figure out how to communicate with him. Maybe you sing songs, or you read the Bible, or even talk to him in an attempt to gain the benefit and power of prayer.
But what if their was a "proper" method that allowed you to tap into your inner strength and the power of God, and actually gain something from Prayer as opposed to saying random words!
This method is called the 4W Format! This format is how you successfully pray in order to gain the power of God! It allows you to supercharge yourself and genuinely change who you are as a human!
In this guide, you'll not only learn what prayer is and how prayer changes your life, but you'll also discover the best method for praying that actually changes your brain and the way you operate as a human!
Let's dive in!

How Prayer Changes Your Life
In order to become a new human, we need a combination of both understanding the word of the Bible and praying to God. The knowledge of the Bible teaches us how to act and treat one another, while prayer helps us live a fully connected life with God, and the ability to defeat Satan and the chains of sin!
Prayer literally changes us from the inside out, transforming us like a caterpillar into a beautiful butterfly. When we pray, we are turning into a new version of ourselves, shedding the old and embracing the new. We are literally having old, stagnant, useless parts of our mind removed.
Prayer causes non-physical, spiritual elements to shift, which angers Satan, as he does not want us to break free from his chains of addiction and slavery. These chains of addiction and slavery are in the form of drugs, alcohol, lust, violence, etc.
Due to Satan being angered by your prayer, he will attack you in different ways! For example, through dreams, or through 'spiritual attacks.' For example, a spiritual attack I have had in the past is a literal demon escaping out of me as I was falling asleep. It was like something you would see in a movie, their was extremely loud screaming and I felt paralyzed for 10 seconds. Yes it might sound crazy but this stuff is real! I have also had other scary attacks, which I will discuss in detail at a later date, follow me to hear those stories so you know what to expect!
What Are The Different Types of Prayer?
Prayer is a foundational practice in Christianity, serving as a direct communication line with God. There are four main types of prayer, each with its own unique purpose and significance. However, one of these is the key type of prayer, meaning it's the one that genuinely changes us.
Adoration
This is praising God for who he is and his constant love.
Confession
This is admitting our sins and seeking forgiveness for our wrongdoings.
Thanksgiving
This is expressing our gratitude for life and all of God's blessings.
Supplication
This is asking for God's help and support. This is the one we want to focus on!
Among these four types of prayers, supplication is the most powerful and relevant, as it allows us to directly ask God for support!
How to Pray to God
The 4W Method - A Powerful Approach to Effective Prayer
This is the way to pray, this is how you actually do it. The key to powerful, effective prayer was personally crafted by myself and my guiding angels! This simple yet profound format consists of four words that start with W. I will explain it in detail below to make it as simple as possible.
Who -
This is the first part of the 4W format, and is the first W. This is the start of the prayer, and it is addressing who we are talking to.
What -
This is the second part of the 4W format, and is the second W. This is what we want from the prayer, for example "confidence" - (notice how this is a non physical thing, since it is a mental limitation that holds us humans back in life)
When -
This is the third part of the 4W format, and is the third W. This is when we want the prayer to be answered, which is NOW!
Why -
This is the fourth part of the 4W format, and is the fourth W. This is why we want the prayer to be answered.
By using this structured approach, we can craft prayers that are focused, intentional, and powerful. I will explain in more detail and give examples below, so that you fully understand how it works.
Let's take the first W of the 4W Format. This is the Who. For our who, this is referring to who we are "talking to" or "praying to", which is God.
Should You Pray To God or Jesus?
We should be praying to God. The reason you Pray to God, is because Jesus is the son of God, and the human embodiment of God, which means God (God the father, not Jesus or God's holy spirit) is the all mighty leader and the highest in the "hierarchy." - Therefore he is the holder of the power and authority.
Let's continue with the 4W format, next we would add the second W, which is the What. This is where you get creative and you need to self analyze yourself and figure out what it is that you are missing or what it is that you need to have fixed by God.
I mentioned earlier that confidence is a nonphysical thing, meaning this is what God helps us fix. He helps us fix the non physical elements of ourselves, like drug addictions, fear, anger, etc.
Lets say you are unconfident. This would be something that needs to be fixed or healed by God, and is a feeling from Satan. This is a example of a what - so Confidence is what we are asking God for. This one is very important!
Continuing, we will add the third W, which is the When. This one is simple, we always use "now." This means, we are asking God to grant the prayer right now. Meaning we want the benefit of confidence, right now! If you are confused, don't worry, I will explain it much more!
Finally, we add the fourth W, completing our Prayer, which is the Why. This is why we want God to give us the prayer.
Remember, the Who (God) and When (Now) are going to be the same for every prayer. The What (What you want) and the Why (Why you want it) are going to be different and where you get to be creative!
I hope I explained this well so that you are not confused, and I will continue to elaborate with multiple examples so you fully understand. If you are feeling lost, don't worry, because over the past months I have been refining and creating a extremely powerful list of prayers that I use myself, which I will include in this article! This is going to help you tremendously because I have spent hours upon hours making this and curating it to be effective and powerful, giving you a strong starting point for your prayer life!
Let's see some more examples of how to use this prayer. Below is going to be a list of the 4W Prayer in order, and examples of what you need to say, next to each of the four W's. So what I mean is, the list is numbered 1-4. Each number is one of the 4W's, and next to the W I will put a example of what you need to say.
We start with the First W (This is who we are talking to) - 'God' is who we are praying to or 'talking' to
Then we add the Second W (This is what we want) - For this example, we want Confidence
Then we add the Third W (This is when we want the prayer answered) - This one is simple, 'Now' - we want the prayer answered right now!
Finally, we add the Fourth W (This is why we want the what) - This is going to be our reason for wanting confidence (remember, confidence is the 'what'), so what I am going to say to compliment our prayer for confidence is "So I am Bold and I am Courageous" (make sure you include the entire sentence, meaning make sure you include "so I am" before the main word like "bold" or "courageous"
We can use prayer not only to ask for things, but to have things removed, like anxiety, and addictions. In the example, we are asking for confidence, however we can also ask to have something taken away, like fear, or a drug addiction! Prayer is extremely powerful, and it is extremely unknown to the general public, especially how to ACTUALLY do it!
Powerful Prayer Examples
Now, let's check out these examples of the prayers, that I use in my daily prayer life. Note, these are in the 4W format, so you will see some more examples so that you fully understand! I will include in the first prayer example, some markers for the 4W's so you understand what go's where.
God (Who), please and thank you for Confidence (What)Â now (When), so I am Bold (Why)Â and I am Courageous (Why)
Notice in the above example, in the brackets, I have the W that is required. So next to 'God' there is in brackets the word 'who' - this is because the brackets are telling you what W needs to go in that position. So the reason I put 'God' is because that is the first W, and the first W is the 'who' which refers to 'who' are we talking to!
Now here are some more examples below, it is very simple, just copy and paste everything except for the "what" and the "why." If you want to use my prayer list then you can screenshot them below, but when you are creating your own, just replace the 'what' and the 'why' - it should be very easy!
Here are more examples of prayers.
God, please and thank you for Tranquility now, so I am Calm and I am Patient
So once again, we start with God which is our 'Who'.
Then we add the 'What' and this is what we want from the prayer, which is Tranquility.
Then we add the 'When' which is when we want the prayer answered, which is now!
Finally we add the 'Why' which is why we want the prayer. The reason we want the prayer is so that we will be calm and patient.
God, please and thank you for removing my Anxiety now, so I am calm and I am worry free
God, please and thank you for removing my addiction to (insert drug) now, so I am free and I am un addicted
Now you should understand and have a good grasp of how the format works. Feel free to use these prayers as well, they work! You will also notice after I say "God" I include the phrase "please and thank you for" - this is because we want to properly address God and we need to speak to God in full and complete sentences.
When Does Prayer Become a Habit?
Building a strong prayer life takes time, dedication, and persistence. Prayer is difficult because we are fighting our "flesh" which is trying to keep us quiet and trying to stop us from praying.
Start by saying 10 prayers using the 4W format each day. Over time, gradually increase the frequency and number of prayers, eventually aiming to pray every two hours with a list of 30 or more prayers. This is what I do personally, I have around 30 unique prayers in the 4W format, and I say them every 2 hours, I use a timer to keep track of every 2 hours that passes.
Here is a schedule for starting your prayer life! Enjoy.
Week 1 - Create 10 Prayers (or use mine listed below), say all of them 10 times, once a day.
Week 2 - Create 5 more Prayers, say all of them 10 times, twice a day.
Week 3 - Create 5 more Prayers, say all of them 10 times, three times a day.
Week 4 - Create 5 more Prayers, say all of them 10 times, every two hours.
After week 4, go to saying all the prayers, 10 times, every 2 hours.
You'll notice I said to create some prayers, however because I have included my personal prayers, you are going to save a lot of time, but you should still make your own, the reason this is so important to make your own is because everyone is different and everyone faces different struggles!
It is important to continue adding more prayers, so that you can continue to grow and become a stronger and better human. The sky is the limit, and their is not a "set" amount of prayers, meaning you can create as many as you want. Prayer is a investment and it only benefits you. It is important to pray without ceasing! Which means always pray and never stop.
Remember, the more you pray, the more spiritual attacks you will face, as Satan does not want you to grow in your faith. This is also a sign that demons are being extorted out of you! Which is great, meaning you are growing and freeing yourself from the old limiting version of yourself. This is good, because it means you are becoming stronger and lessening Satan's grips on your soul and mind! You will experience attacks in dreams, visions and sometimes thoughts that you have! If you are not being attacked by Satan, then you are doing something wrong, and it means you are weak and under Satanic influence, it also means that Satan is not worried about you because you are not a threat to the Satanic Army! :)
What are Binding Prayers?
Binding Prayers are more powerful tools for Spiritual Warfare (spiritual warfare is the war of avoiding sin, and being a good person, it is the war that occurs in our head when we fight Satan and his evil and wicked ways of living and thinking)
A binding prayer is a specific type of prayer used to restrict, limit, or bind the influence of evil spirits, negative forces, and unholy entities.
These prayers are rooted in Scripture, particularly in Matthew 16:19, where Jesus says, "I will give you the keys of the kingdom of heaven; whatever you bind on earth will be bound in heaven, and whatever you loose on earth will be loosed in heaven."
This means that whatever we stop in the physical realm, will be stopped in the heavenly realm, so for example, if we stop using alcohol in the physical realm, this will stop the access of demons being able to come in and influence us in the heavenly realm or "non-physical" realm.
The reason why alcohol is so dangerous is because it artificially opens up parts of our brain, allowing demons and spirits to come into us, and influence our actions and behaviors. This is also the reason why Alcohol is called "Spirits."
An example of a way that a demon can 'influence' us is by making us angry, if you notice whenever people are under the influence of alcohol they are easy to provoke and angered, these are demons that have been given free reign to come into your spirit and control you!
By invoking the Power of The Precious Blood of Jesus and declaring our authority, we can assert our faith and seek God's protection and help in our lives. I will show you a example below of how to use binding prayers, and I even use it in the 4W format!
Example of Binding Prayers
A form of a Binding Prayer is:
"By the Power of the Precious Blood, I command the demons of X to stop afflicting me, go to the foot of the cross to receive your sentence now."
So a example would look like:
"By the Power of the Precious Blood, I command the Demons of Fear, to stop afflicting me, and to go to the foot of the cross to receive your sentence now."
You will notice in my prayer list, I have some powerful binding prayer phrases like by the power of the precious blood. These make your prayers stronger and more effective. You will also notice that the above prayer is similar but a little different then the 4W format, however these both work.
How To Make Your Prayers Stronger
This branches from the previous section, of binding prayers, and includes some phrases you can include in your prayer to make them even more powerful.
Let's look at some examples of these Holy Lines to add to your prayer, make sure you add these before the First W (you will see what I mean when you look at the list of my prayers below!)
"By the Power of the Precious Blood"
"By the Holy name of Jesus"
"By the Intercession of the Blessed Virgin Mary St. Michael"
"By the Intercession of the Blessed St. Michael"
So if we use the first one, in one of our prayers, it would look like this:
By The Power of the Precious Blood, God please and thank you, for Confidence now, so I am Bold and I am Courageous.
That is a example of a how to make a even more powerful prayer! Also note, this is a prayer using the 4W format, and I have added a holy line before it (by the power of the precious blood), to make it stronger!
Now, if you click the arrow below, you will see a list of my prayers, take a screenshot of these and use them!

Frequently Asked Questions About Prayer
Should I pray out loud or in my head?
Can prayer be silent is a common question. It is important to pray out loud, as this makes your prayers effective. Praying in your head is less powerful and does not do much, as it doesn't cause spiritual elements to shift. You need to pray out loud, as loud as possible.
Can Satan or "the enemy" hear my prayers?
Yes, both Satan and God are constantly listening and monitoring our actions and thoughts. This is why it's crucial to be persistent in our prayer life, as the enemy will try to disrupt and discourage us from praying and growing. Satan also can influence our thoughts (for example, you think of a lustful image, that is from Satan not God!)
Why is praying out loud so hard?
Praying out loud causes literal spiritual elements to move, and your flesh will try to resist this. The flesh loves things that are comfortable and easy like watching tv, eating food, and doing nothing, while activities that are good for the spirit, like prayer, reading, learning are often difficult. This takes discipline and skill.
Can prayer change God's mind?
God's plan in terms of the direction of the world and humanity is set in stone. What this means is God only has intentions to improve and grow the world, and will not be changing that plan. God does not change the physical realm (earth and our waking life), we do, as humans. For example, if I were to pray to God for a house, that isn't how it works. This is because God operates in the non physical realm and we as humans operate in the physical realm. This means if someone prays for God to change something in the physical realm, that is not how it works. If something bad happens in the physical realm, and you pray to God to change it or help, this doesn't work, for example one time someone said they busted a pipe in their backyard, and they prayed to God that it wasn't going to cause any problems. This is completely out of Gods control and God has no ability to change this because it is in the physical world.
Is there a designated pray time?
There is no "set" time to pray, meaning your ability to pray and be heard is 24/7. God is always here to help you and is always listening and watching. You can pray whenever and however much you want. Remember, the more the better.
Can Prayer change your brain?
Prayer not only changes your brain but it changes your entire body. Your mind will be reinvented and you will have all the junk, garbage and trash inside of you terminated. Whatever problems you are currently facing will be removed with ease by the power of God. Some examples of 'trash' inside of your brain, is lethargy, stagnation, and anxiety or fear.
Should I Pray before eating?
Praying before eating is a type of Thanksgiving prayer. In reality, it's up to you, if you want to show your thanks to God and food then you can do so, but it doesn't really matter and is not relevant. Remember, we want to focus on the 'Supplication' type of prayer, which is our 4W format, because this is what changes us as humans, which then allows us to go change the world and help God.
Prayer Definition
The meaning of Prayer, is literally "calling" or "talking" to God. It involves asking him for help and requesting his assistance to defeat Satan in our minds.
Why Prayer and Fasting is important?
With the combination of prayer changing our mind, and fasting changing our body this is one of the fastest ways to reinvent yourself. Remember, prayer completely changes our mind, and fasting destroys dead and cancerous cells in our body. When you combine the two you are literally recreating your body, and it is extremely powerful in removing the demons and death lingering inside of you! Fasting is when you go for a 12+ hour period of not eating, the body begins to break down and destroy the cancerous dead cells inside of you to create oxygen and hydrogen for energy. When the body does this to create food for itself, it ends up self cleaning the body and getting rid of the toxins inside of you! A fast is good to do every couple weeks or months, as long as you are eating healthy it is not as important, but if you are consistently eating unhealthy, junk, or fast food then you will want to fast in order to remove the build up of cancer and disease.
When does prayer become a habit?
Prayer becomes a habit the same way everything else becomes a habit, which is when you consistently do it for 3+ months, and build the discipline and routine. It is important to note that the body is a pattern based machine, meaning what it has been doing for the past 3 months is on 'auto pilot' and is something that you do without even thinking about it. This is why it's so hard to break old habits and create new ones. In order to make a new habit, especially prayer, you need to consistently do it and replace your old bad habits with the new good ones. For example, if you have a bad habit of watching mindless entertainment, replace it with reading or learning a new skill.
Conclusion
Prayer is a transformative practice that can revolutionize your relationship with God and your personal growth. By understanding the different types of prayer, embracing the power of the 4W method, and persistently building your prayer life, you can experience the profound blessings and spiritual breakthroughs that come from communicating with the divine.
